We’re going to talk about why your period is missing and how you’re going to get it back.

Day 2
Eating during recovery is VERY important. Let’s work through the do’s and don’ts of nutrition when you have HA.

Day 3
Enrolling your loved ones in this process is key. I’m going to help you ask for the support you need from your friends and family.

Day 4
Reducing or eliminating exercise...which one is for you?

Day 5
You can employ lifestyle changes until the cows come home but if you don’t have your mindset game right, you’re not going to keep your recovered period for long.

Day 6
Let’s talk about changing your life. Something about what you’ve been doing is not quite right and we need to get to the bottom of it and make a change.

The final day of the commitment challenge.
