and I didn’t have a cycle for 7 years (it might be 8).

When my OBGYN told me “we worry about women who don’t have cycles” I was curious…

But when he prescribed me the pill to fix it alarm bells went off.

I had to figure out hypothalamic amenorrhea recovery on my own. By the time I recovered my missing period I was exhausted.

Why was that so hard? Why did it take me so long?

I went back to school, became a Certified Fertility Awareness Method Practitioner and a Certified Functional Nutritional Counsellor.

I realized all of the mistakes I had made along the way.

I started The HA Society as a place to help women just like you skip the learning curves that I had to go through.

And now we have a whole team dedicated to this cause too.
